During the month of January, sixth-grade students throughout East Quogue Elementary School have engaged in various enriching activities across the curriculum.

Science students have been conducting experiments involving chemical reactions and making predictions on the possible outcomes. Following the reactions, students use lab sheets to record the data.

Sixth-grade students also participated in an Egyptian market where they practiced the barter system, trading different goods amongst each other.

Although the holiday season has passed, many sixth-grade students made unforgettable memories as holiday helpers.
