Fourth-grade students at East Quogue Elementary School recently participated in an engaging assortment of hands-on activities exploring electricity. During their study, students created series and parallel circuits, tested various materials to determine if they conduct electricity and made circuit boards. Concluding the activities, students applied their knowledge by creating quiz boards to test their classmates on European explorers.

In addition, school librarian Mandy Abbatiello recently launched the East Quogue Elementary School coding program, KidOYO, with intermediate students.
