Veterans Day is a time to give thanks and to honor American veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good. In honor of Veterans Day, students were provided red, white and blue patriotic stars and then asked to place a photograph or to draw a picture of a family veteran within the star. The stars were then arranged in the design of an American flag and placed in the school's Hallway of Heroes.
