In ELA, second graders are diving into an Animal Stories unit and focusing on characters and settings. In social studies, they are learning about government and its three branches. In math, the students continue to use subtraction strategies and subtract within 1,000.The class also enjoyed their first field trip to the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center to see “Frog and Toad.
