Kindergarten began exploring ecosystems, such as oceans and deserts, and the unique plants and animals that live in each. The students have also been expanding their sight word knowledge to help with both reading and writing.In math, the students are working on understanding teen numbers and practicing counting to 100.With Earth Day coming up, the students are brainstorming ways they can help the Earth and take care of the environment. They are also looking for signs of spring as they learn about the parts of a plant and how to take care of them. It’s a busy and exciting month full of learning and discovery!
