Students had an amazing final week of the district’s Wildcats Adventure Program, filled with enriching activities and memorable experiences. Here's a recap of the exciting last week:

*Team Building with Mr. Dan:Mr. Dan from Empower Leadership joined us to work with our students on team building and problem-solving skills. The day ended with a fun and competitive game of "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Cup" to break a tie.

*Genetics Lesson from LISC:The Long Island Science Center (LISC) visited to teach our students about genetics. They learned about recessive and dominant characteristics, sparking curiosity and engagement in science.

*Adventure Park Field Trip:A highlight of the week was our trip to the Adventure Park. We witnessed several students conquer their fears and others step up as encouraging leaders. Many students reported this as the “best field trip” ever!

*Games and Competitions:The rest of the days were spent playing games and engaging in friendly competitions, always with a focus on supporting and uplifting our peers.

The district is incredibly proud of the students' growth and camaraderie throughout the program and look forward to seeing these students become role models in September! Thank you for your support and for making this summer program a success.
