In math, fourth graders are starting a unit on decimals and their relationship to fractions. In social studies, they have just finished the unit “The Road to the Revolution” and will begin the unit “A New Nation.” The students will be learning about the three branches of government. In science, they are continuing a unit on earth features. The students have especially enjoyed learning about volcanoes.
