During the month of October, East Quogue celebrated the theme of unity with a focus on addressing bullying and teasing. Social worker Erin Brady collaborated with all classrooms, leading discussions about the importance of standing up against these behaviors. Each class learned specific steps to stop bullying and how bystanders can take action by becoming UPSTANDERS. With the assistance of Ms. Jedlicka, a psychology student, the students created a video that highlighted these messages. Overall, East Quogue did an outstanding job in promoting a culture of support and kindness!
