Field trips are an important component of a student’s education, and the fifth graders’ trip to Wildwood State Park proved to be educational and eventful.
The students visited stations provided by the park service, hiked the trails and learned about abiotic and biotic relationships. Within the stations, the students also learned about erosion and the water cycle.
They had a great time being together and enjoyed their lunch while overlooking the Long Island Sound.
